Bryce Carter, PE
Bryce handles sales for the company in the eastern portions of North Carolina and Virginia and is based in Richmond, VA. Bryce has been with the company since 2015. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Military Institute in 2009. He is a registered professional engineer in Virginia. Prior to joining our company, Bryce worked for Suez for six years as a pilot engineer, application engineer, group manager, and regional business manager for the Southeast United States.
Tony Combs, PE
Tony handles sales with key accounts across our territory and is based in Charlotte, NC. He founded the company in 1978. Tony graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Civil Engineering with his major in sanitary engineering, hydraulics and minor in statistics. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina. Other activities have included past membership to the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission, Mecklenburg County Solid Waste Management Advisory Board, and has served on several advisory committees of manufacturers represented by Combs & Associates, Inc. Tony has been a member of AWWA and WEF since 1976 and has been recognized with several awards, including the Outstanding Service Award for the NC AWWA-WEA, the William M. Piatt Award in the NC AWWA-WEA, and NC Water Operator's Association Outstanding Service Award.
Greg Everhart
Greg handles sales for the company in the central and western portions of North Carolina and the western portion of Virginia and is based in Richmond, VA. He joined Combs & Associates, Inc. in 1985 and is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Greg is an active member of the Virginia Section American Water Works Association and Virginia Water Environment Association (VWEA). He served VWEA as President in 2008, Secretary / Treasurer from 2013 - 2020, and is a member of the Select Society of Sanitary Sludge Shovelers. Further, Greg has received the VWEA Enslow-Hedgepeth Award, VWEA Meritorious Service Medal, and the WEF Arthur Sidney Bedell Award.
Jonathan Hunt, PE
Jonathan handles sales in Georgia and South Carolina and has been with the company since 2007. He is based in our Columbia, SC office. Jonathan received his B.S. in Biochemistry and M.S. in Environmental Engineering and Science from Clemson University. He is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina. Before joining Combs & Associates, Inc., he worked as a consulting engineer for AECOM for six years progressing from design engineer to project manager.
Tonya Foster
Tonya handles accounting, inside sales, and service. She is based in our Charlotte office. Tonya joined Combs & Associates, Inc. in 2020. She graduated from Wingate University in Wingate, NC.
Kyle Hunt
Kyle is based in our Columbia, SC office working as an administrative assistant. She graduated from Francis Marion University in Florence, SC with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Kyle joined the company in 2020 and brings with her over 10 years of experience as a manufacturer’s representative in the industrial/commercial HVAC business.
